Here are the fundamentals on the basic requirements…
Ø The candidates with BE/BTech or ME/MTech in any discipline with
aggregate of 75% and above.
Ø Candidates should have strong Analytical, Aptitude and Logical
Skills.
Ø Possess knowledge in Basic Programming (Java & .net) & Computer
Skills.
Ø Excellent Communication Skills.

Better there can be a new blog related to jobs and interview...where every s/w engineer can donate some tips (their experince etc etc )and details regarding the interview, which can be moderated some persons.
